Situated on the shore of the Klarälven river, this hotel offers free WiFi and free access to gym, pool and sauna. Karlstad city centre is about 10 minutes' walk away. Scandic Klarälven's rooms have a seating area and a private bathroom. All are equipped with satellite TV, and many offer panoramic river views. The bright in-house restaurant and bar, Köksbaren, has a terrace and wide windows with river views. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast and à la carte. Lake Sandbäckstjärn is less than 10 minutes' walk away. A large public parking lot is found right next to the hotel.
