A small cottage on privately owned island with a land connection. You have a terrace with the most amazing view and it s only 50 m to the Baltic Sea, the Sauna and Boat House. There are 4 properties sharing the Sauna and Swimming area.
The host is a happy and active mother of four, travels a lot but is based in Stockholm.
This privately owned penisula is about 7 km from Trosa, which is a picturesque little Seaside village with lots of restaurants, shops, amenities and activities. Stockholm is 60 km, a mere hour by car, away. You have it all, living in the archipelago but close to the capital!
