A modern comfortable cottage equipped for all year round living. The cottage located on a quiet road in the Badelunda countryside and in close proximity to the center of Västerås. Warm and cosy in the winter cool and comfortable in the summer. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen, shower room with under floor heating, out door patio, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, TV, motor heater / electric car charger etc.
We live in a separate house close by. We are available should you need assistance.
Badelunda is a historic area, rich in the Viking culture. Anundshög and the visitors center is just a short walk away, there are numerous walks starting at the cottage where the area can be explored. Västerås Town center is a 15 min car drive away. Within the close vicinity (5-10 min drive) of the cottage there is a good selection of shops, shopping centers restaurants, chemists, Västerås airport etc. Everything Västerås has to offer is within a short drive. Stockholm is approximately hour away by car, regular train service or intercity coaches. There is a regular airport coach service between Stockholm Arlanda and Västerås.
