The fine print
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Custom policy - Water bottles are provided once only on the day of arrival. If you require more it will be chargeable at USD 1 per bottle. Please purchase it at the front office. - Coffee and Tea sachets are chargeable at USD 1 per packet. Please purchase it at the front office - When travelling with a child aged 3 and above please book a family room to avoid any confusion or additional payment upon arrival. - Children age 1 – 2 years old stays free only. - Children aged 3 – 9 years are chargeable at additional USD 40 per night and payable to hotel directly. However, if the room is not suitable to accommodate, the guest is liable for an upgrade to the next available family room at a additional charge per night. - When travelling with huge and multiple bags, please book a bigger room as the regular rooms only has limited space available. - When storaging bags after check out time at 11:00, a charge is applicable and payable at front desk. Please check with counter staff for storage price.
