Domovoj - beyond expectations - the apartment house is in our private house and we will be happy to host you. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and customized help to discover Slovenia sights to make their stay beyond their expectations. Ljubljana, Bled, Bohinj, Postojna, Piran, different natural sights, alps, rivers, old towns such as Škofja loka, Ptuj - all are just about an hour drive away. We think you will feel more like visiting good relatives or friends than renting a room in a luxury hotel. We offer two apartments. Forest view apartment has a direct exit to the terrace. Guests can feel at home.
My name is Andreja and together with my husband Vladimir and son, we will try to make your stay in our home as nice as possible. We love nature, active living and vacations, traveling, and knowing new people. We know many nice, hidden places in Slovenia and will be glad to share this with you. There are friendly cats living with us. Cats will move around so if you are allergic to cats be aware of this. Enjoy the day, every day in Slovenia and we will help you that this experience will be beyond your expectations.
Vaše is a small village just outdoors of Medvode town which is also known as the green door to Ljubljana. Apartment Domovoj is the perfect starting point for all interesting spots in Slovenia such as lakes Bled and Bohinj, the Julian Alps, and Triglav national part, skiing resorts Stari vrh, Krvavec, Cerkno but also Kranjska gora. It is 120 km to the coast where you can visit in a day trip all beaches on the Adriatic coast, but also tourist spots such as Postojna cave, Predjama castle, Škocjan cave, and a number other tourist and natural beauties of Slovenia. Vaše is a bit lazy town where people live in a relaxed way, work in their gardens, make a grill, play with kids, and enjoy the fresh air coming from the Polhograjski Dolomiti landscape park. There is a number of interesting cultural and natural sights close to it, and a number of opportunities for hiking, cycling, and other activities in nature. So this is an ideal place to relax, but also to go around Slovenia or be very active in hiking, cycling, mountaineering, running, kayaking, and more, much more.
