Chalet Trzinka is only 3km away from the Hotel Center Pokljuka that hosts prestigious, international winter sport competitions such as the Pokljuka Union World Cup (this year from 1-9 December 2018). Ski resorts such as Vogel and Kobla are a 35-minute drive away from the property.

Situated in unspoiled nature in the heart of the Triglav National Park, our cozy, newly renovated, 4-bedroom mountain chalet offers guests a memorable holiday experience throughout the year. The tranquility and fresh mountain air, together with hundreds of miles of hiking trails starting right at the front door will appeal to those keen on escaping the heat and hassle of cities nearby and afar. At the same time, our chalet tastefully decorated with custom-made Slovenian furniture, local vintage art, Oriental kilims, wood-burning stove, and fully-equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home away from home. Chalet Trzinka’s location in the center of the exclusive Pokljuka plateau at around 1400 meters offers world-class cross-country skiing a number of months throughout the year! There is also the Pokljuka family alpine ski center and sleigh parks at Hotel Jelka and Sport Hotel within 300m of the property, and these hotels also have restaurants that serve hearty meals in front of large fireplaces overlooking the slopes for days when guests do not feel like cooking.
