Vineyard cottages tourism is a unique, authentic and attractive tourist product with an authentic offer of the Slovenian countryside. Our accommodations (there are more than 45) are suitable for those who seek and love peace, unspoilt nature, intimacy, traditional Slovenian cuisine, local and boutique products and active holidays.

Property information

Completely renovated and modernly furnished old cottage in an excellent location in an idyllic setting of vineyards overlooking the town of Črnomelj and the entire Bela Krajina. The chalet offers a large wooden "gank", a large lounge with a bar, modern air-conditioned rooms, a kitchen with a traditional brick stove and all modern amenities. The outside of the vineyard cottage is decorated with a special carved table and a large fireplace for roasting. There is also a special wine room with a table and seating for 15 persons, which guests can rent for an extra costs. In addition to all the local delicacies, guests are welcomed to the wine cellar with a guided tasting of our own top-quality and award-winning wines. The welcome of local delicacies on your arrival is included.

Neighbourhood information

In the immediate vicinity of the vineyard cottage is the unique home of the black man-fish. The nearby Kolpa River offers countless pleasant experiences. In the summer months, Slovenia's warmest river offers pleasant swimming, boating ... A road, also suitable for cycling, winds along the Kolpa River. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for active leisure: from hiking to wandering in the landscape parks of the Kolpa and Lahinja rivers, cycling in the Kočevje Horn, to climbing the highest point of the Bela Krajina, Mirna Gora, with its cosy mountain lodge and church with a wishing bell, and much more. Electric bikes, scooters and SUPs can be rented on request. Visit our green wine growing regions Dolenjska and Bela Krajina. Try our special wines, relax or visit numerous historical and natural landmarks.
