Right on Ao Yon beach. Year round safe beach with views of boats, headlands and islands. It is this part of Phuket that is so special, ask any locals. The Villa is next to our main home with 3 beds right on the beach - separate listing. Guests here may walk down the side of the lawn to the beach but not use the lawn or grounds of the villa. Within easy walking distance there are restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Long-tails and speed boats for day trips are on the beach.
Hopefully either myself or my partner Nee will be available to meet you on check in and tell you all about life in the area and Phuket generally. We live next door. I have been in business in Thailand for 30 years and lived here for over 15 years and Ao Yon Cape Panwa is the only place besides Phuket town where I feel at home. When listing on Booking I could find nowhere to explain that this is a one bedroom self catering villa. We provide 2 sets of linen. The Villa will be made up for your arrival. Other than this it is self catering. If you require any extra services please email.
Just a few doors down is one of Phukets top rated restaurants "Brasserie on the Beach". The villa is only 15 minutes to the heart of old Phuket town or the commercial shopping centres. This is a perfect place to board a boat and do day trips to the many islands including Phi Phi and Koh Racha. Please note cleaning fee is for setting up the villa and deep cleaning after your stay. We have a maid available for 500 baht per day payable locally who will clean, shop and even cook some Thai meals within her 8 hour day. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children under 16. Great beach at all states of the tide or season, great local community, plenty of small shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Taxis are easy to get as are mopeds and hire cars. The villa has plenty of space for parking.
