Welcome to the nice place, good weather, chosen breakfast and our warm family. "BAN-YA", in Thai means "Grandmother's house". We have the idea to renovate the 70's grandmother's house to be the boutique and vintage styles, cozy, shady and peaceful. When you make booking with the entire house, we can provide and prepare you a good price of BBQ dinner in our place area, and we have bikes for rent as well. Therefore, we are pleased to share our spaces to you who love relaxing, enjoying nature and be comfortable to heal & make it the better place.
Our place is located at Prachuap Khiri Khan Province (Central region of Thailand). There is only 1 hour from Hua Hin (a district of Prachuap khiri khan), and our place surrounded by garden and trees. Our place is located in the quiet and peaceful area, it is not far from the beach, it's about 1.7 KM from Prachuap Beach (2 minutes by car) , Ao Ma-Nao beach (14 minutes), Huay-Yang Waterfall (30 minutes), Hat Wanakon National Park (20 minutes). It's the best convenient, located by coffee cafe (Nil fresh coffee and friend cafe), near the supermarket (Makro, Lotus), 7-11 and local food market.
