Resting in a heaven of beauty and tranquility, our 5-star condominium welcomes you for a holiday of peace and relaxation. Extreme attention to details, exquisite good taste, manicured landscaping, professional and smiling service will guarantee you spend the perfect holiday in Phuket. Serene Surin Beach lies a stone throw away from the Residence. Our swimming Pool surrounded by lavish vegetation, our sun beds, and our pool-side restaurant will be there for your enjoyment.
I am a Filipino born interior designer. I moved to Phuket 2 years ago to practice my trade. I am also helping some friends living abroad with managing their properties here in Phuket. The house manager will be there to welcome you on arrival, and to meet any request, or solve any problems you might have during your stay. You will have his direct contact number. Additional to that, the Residence 24/7 front desk will also be there to assist you.
The location is perfect. Walk across the street and you are in beautiful Surin Beach, allowing you carefree sun bathing, swimming and eating in the many small restaurants along the beach. Walk left or right from the Residence, and you will find many restaurants, cocktail bars, massage places, and shops, allowing you to enjoy your holiday in Phuket without having to move or take a car. Although you will find everything you need walk distance from the Residence, getting around is easy. Grab Taxi works well in phuket. It is also very easy and inexpensive to rent a car or a motorbike, should you wish to do that. The house manager will assist you. Free bicycles can be provided on demand (demand should be made prior to arrival).
