Property information

Freshly renovated (march 2023) studio in the Replay Condominium. It's decked out nice and stylish and has everything you need - a kitchenette, washing machine, iron and a coffee machine and nice additions like tennis rackets, snorkeling goggles and a beach matt. Walkable distance (15 mins) to fisherman's village and Bophut beach. The condo has fantastic swimming pool, gym (admittedly that could do with a little TLC), a tennis court. Scooter and car parking lots right next to the building. Please notify, for stays over a week electiciy is surcharged at 6 baht a unit

Neighbourhood information

The appartment is overlooking a pool, shady most of the day and is very quiet. Walkable distance to fisherman's village, haar rin queen ferry pier and bangrak town. 10 minutes away taxi ride from the airport and 5-15 minutes ride to most popular piers for Koh Phangan/Koh Tao ferries.
