Hotel Deposit Policy: Please be advised that a security deposit of THB 1,000 per night of your stay will be required upon check-in. This deposit can be provided in the form of cash or a credit card pre-authorization. For cash deposits, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out, less any charges for incidentals. For credit card pre-authorizations, a release request will be submitted to our local bank upon your departure. Kindly note that the processing time for the funds to be credited back to your account typically ranges from 2 to 3 weeks, subject to the processing times of both our local bank and your issuing bank. Renovation work of the Sea View Grande Deluxe and Sea View Grande Suite buildings will be carried out from 1/6/2025 to 31/10/2025.
The Main Beachfront Swimming Pool and Sea Turtle Pool Bar will be temporarily closed for essential maintenance from 15 August to 30 September 2025. During this period, all other facilities — including the Small Swimming Pool (Villa Zone by the sea), Swimming Pool with Slide (Hillside Zone), Rooftop Swimming Pool (Hillside Zone) — will remain fully operational for guests’ continued enjoyment.
