Company information

We both reside in the United State, Punta Gorda, Florida. We had been running a private room in our residence in Scottsdale, Arizona very successful. We had more than 200 all excellent reviews. Currently, we both retired and love to travel ourselves. Paul was born and raised in Bangkok, he speaks Thai and English so these is definitely no language barrier. We picked Chiangmai to reside because of the weather and particularly inside the old city surrounded by the moat.

Property information

Our property has been totally renovated with new floors, new bathrooms, new mattresses and furnishings in all rooms. We live onsite to be able to assist and help with all your needs including local tours, local buses and all other transportation systems including Grab. We do offer complimentary toast and coffee or orange juice or milk before you start your day if desired. We provide free WiFi and all of our rooms have air conditioner. The first floor entrance area is also our patio which can be used inside or outside by our guests. Upon booking, if there is anything you may need upon arrival, we will try to fulfill your request to make your stay with us a great experience.

Neighbourhood information

We are located approximately 10 minutes walk to Chang Puak gate (North gate); 5 minutes walk to Wat Chiang Mun temple. Wat Chiang Mun temple is the oldest temple in Chiangmai (over 700 years old) and is just behind our residence. We have many local places to eat. We always eat at these places and locals alike which is good and inexpensive. Sunday evening walking Street market is just 10 minutes away with so many local vendors selling their products and lots of local food. Tha Pae gate is about 20 minutes walk. These are vegetarian restaurants nearby which are quite popular.
