A prepayment deposit via payment gateway or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide further instructions. Credit card information added during your booking process will be used for guarantee purposes only.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card used during booking upon check-in. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. Please also be informed that the property will strictly not allow guests to check in if the holder's name of the credit card used during booking is different from the guest's name.
In case that the guest does not bring his/her own credit card used during booking, the guest will be required to pay the full amount again at the front desk. The total amount which was previously deducted from the credit card used during booking will be refunded to the same card within 30-45 days.

Due to the event of Koh Samet there will be an event at Sai Kaew Beach. This event is an external event and is not related to the hotel. During June 1- 8, 2025, there will be equipment for preparing the event at Sai Kaew Beach (main beach), which may cause customers to be unable to use some areas of the beach. During June 5-8, 2025 there may be noise at the main beach and effect to room zone at Deluxe Premier, Family Room, Poolside Villa, Beachfront Villa.
Resort facilities such as restaurant, café and other resort’s services are operated as normal.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
