Please note that room rates include a one-way taxi transfer service from Koh Tao pier to the resort. Upon arrival, guests should take the left exit of Koh Tao pier where a driver will be waiting, along with a signboard with the guest's name and Simple Life. Guests are kindly requested to inform the resort of their arrival time and boat name in order to arrange this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
