Baan Jayden is a stylish and modern duplex house located in the serene Panwa Beach area. Offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication, this spacious home features elegant interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with stunning views. Nestled in a peaceful setting, it provides easy access to the beach, local dining, and scenic coastal attractions—ideal for a relaxing getaway in Phuket. Residence Offerings (3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms – 4 Floors) This spacious four-level residence offers stunning sea views and a thoughtfully designed layout for comfort and convenience. On the underground level, you’ll find a fully equipped island kitchen with a sea view, electric stove, oven, coffee station (capsule and filter), kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and a high coffee table with island seating. A double-door fridge with an ice maker is also provided. This level includes a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a dedicated laundry room with two washing machines, storage cupboards for owner belongings, and all necessary cleaning equipment. The ground level continues to showcase sea views and includes a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a 55-inch SMART TV. There is also a wine cooler and a wine fridge, along with a dining area. This floor features the main entrance and direct access to private car parking. On the second level, you’ll find Bedroom 3, which has a king-size bed, a workspace, and room for an additional folding bed (suitable for a 7th guest—setup will be arranged once the booking is confirmed and paid). Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed, private balcony with sea views, balcony seating, a 40-inch SMART TV, and an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 1. The third level offers Bedroom 1, which includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, private entrance, and a small fridge.
