The fine print
Please note that the fourth bedroom in the Deluxe Four-Bedroom Villa with Sea View and the Luxury Four-Bedroom Villa with Pool Access are located in the basement and can only be accessed via outdoor stairs.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of THB 10,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
