Cozy apartment with a great view, just 10 minutes from the city center. A park is located right across the street — perfect for walks. 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor, restaurants and shops nearby. Fully equipped: furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi, A/C, kitchenware, linens. Secure building with intercom, security, and cameras. Elevator and both free and paid parking available. A great place for a comfortable stay.

Shohtemur Street is located in the heart of Dushanbe, in the prestigious Ismoili Somoni district. It’s a green, well-maintained area with excellent infrastructure. A park is just across the street, and within walking distance are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transport. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, making it ideal for both living and relaxing stays.
