Baron d'Erlanger Palace is 1 km away. Gammarth and Raoued with their endless beaches, restaurants and lounges are 5 min away by car. The apartment is newly built and includes one bedroom, a living room with an open kitchenette, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
