An airport shuttle service is available from the MRT station to the property from 09:00–12:00 and 15:00–22:00. All shuttle services are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
There are check-in time differences between peak Season and low Season.
- Peak season check-in time: 19:00
- Low season check-in time: 17:00
The price for an extra bed per person is TWD 800. At the end of the year and the Chinese Lunar New Year, the price is TWD 1000 per person. One child's height under 110 cm is free, and extra children are charged TWD 400. Children between 110 and 140 cm will be charged TWD 400. Children above 140 cm will be charged the full price.
