此住宿為月租型房間，房東提供試住的方案，所有入住的客人皆須簽訂住宿契約。 【館內公共設施】 館內有一個不小的公共空間，配備4K電視、中華電信MOD、冰箱、飲水機、餐桌和小廚房，供所有住客使用（因安全考量，雖然館內有瓦斯爐，但全館禁用明火）。 /館內共有7間浴室、8間廁所，男女分層使用，提供洗髮精、沐浴乳、吹風機、衛生紙。 /館內配有一台洗衣機，住客皆可免費使用，另有曬衣場可供晾衣。 This place is for month rental, the landlord provide a trial stay project, every guest needs to sign the rental contract on arrival. 【Facilities in the apartment】 There is a public area inside, we provide 4K TV, refrigerator, water dispenser, dining table, and a small kitchen；However, for safety, although there is a gas stove, using fire is prohibited in the building. /There are 7 bathrooms, 8 toilets in the building, for male and female are on separate floors, we also provide shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, and toilet paper. /There is a washing machine inside, all guests can use it for free.
