Villa with a swimming pool is located in the most prestigious area of the city of Chernivtsi. Quietness and proximity to the city center. In a wooden ecological house made of clean timber, there are 2 luxury apartments with an area of 120 sq.m. each, free WI-FI, unlimited access to the heated pool 11x4 m hydromassage, sauna, track and loungers for relaxation, gazebo and wood-fired barbecue. Free parking, round the clock security.Brackfast/lunch/dinner on request from restorante.
Luxurious 2 Apartments of 120 sq.m. every. Double bed + 2 sleeping places on a sofa bed. Air conditioning. Kitchen, dishes, coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board, TV, WI-FI, cabinet services - printer, computer. Mini safe. Paid services are provided separately: breakfast, lunch, dinner. Cooking on the grill.

Very convenient location to the city center, 3 km, where you can visit the State University, the theater of O. Kobilyanskaya, central cinemas and cafes on the prestigious pedal street O. Kobilyanskaya.
The apartments are located at the junction of trolley buses and minibuses. Very simple location when driving. Walking distance 2 minutes to the trolleybus / minibus stop. Taxi 80 UAH to the city center.
