Company information

Owner/Operator of several beach rental properties and a gift shop in the North Carolina Outer Banks. Has been building homes in outer banks for 40 years, and has been living here for over 25 years.

Property information

Newly renovated 5BR/5BA beach home with private pool. Each BR has private Bath and smart TV. Large decks on 2nd and 3rd floors, full kitchen, dining, living, sun room and laundry. Home on east side of Hwy 12, quick walk to neighborhood beach access, bike path to downtown Duck less than a mile away. Tuckahoe is a quiet neighborhood with oversize lots, private beach access with parking, and community pool and tennis court. Pardon our dust, more photos coming soon!

Tuckahoe is a quiet neighborhood with overside lots, private beach access and shared tennis court and community pool. House is located on east side of highway, providing a very short walk through neighborhood to private beach access. Very short walk to private beach access (about a block) and there is a bike path to downtown Duck, less than a mile away for shopping, restaurants, coffee, sound views, etc.
