This is also a great spot for guests visiting during event weekends, like Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin' OC, Endless Summer Cruisin', Wine on the Beach, and the White Marlin Open. Bright and inviting, the home interior comes well-appointed with everything you need for a carefree stay. The kitchen comes well-equipped for at-home meal planning, while a smart TV, fireplace, and large sectional set the stage for casual family downtime in the living room. The breezy main-floor balcony offers a scenic porch for morning coffee or cocktails. Primary guests will also enjoy access to a private balcony from the third-floor bedroom. Each bedroom includes a smart TV for added guest convenience. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
