DURING SUMMER SUNDAY TO SUNDAY BOOKINGS ONLY ***SUNDAY TO SUNDAY BOOKINGS STARTING 1st SUNDAY IN JUNE TO 1st SUNDAY IN SEPTEMBER*** *This is subject to change The reserving guests (guest that makes the booking) will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement and a Liability Waiver form prior to stay. These will be sent via email to the address used to book stay. Spacious Hatteras Island cottage with an expansive great room and two bedrooms that have ocean views. Under the cottage is a bonus Clubhouse with ping pong, TV, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, large outdoor seating area, BBQ area, and a place to put your surfing gear. The cottage includes public access right across from the driveway to the beach. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance from the house, as well as the Koru Spa. in 2023 guest will have access to the Kinnakeet pool.

Beach access is right across from the driveway, and it is approximately 1 min walk over the dunes. There are tons of restaurants walking distance from the house, as well as The Koru Spa. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. A bike is the best type of transportation if you would like to explore all Avon has to offer! There is a bike shop where you can rent bikes within walking distance from the house.
