You won't want to miss HOLIDAY FUN in ANNAPOLIS: Lights on the Bay at Sandy Point State Park (only 1.5 miles from Annapolis Charm) takes placed in late November 2022–early January 2023. A festive drive or walk along the Chesapeake Bay is one of the iconic holiday traditions in Annapolis. “Lights on the Bay” at Sandy Point State Park features more than sixty beautiful animated displays. There is also a cozy colonial village showcasing historic Annapolis heritage and the US Navy. Kids can enjoy the North Pole Village and Enchanted Fairy Tales. For runners, there is Dashing through the Show Fun Run and 5K.

Charming WATERFRONT home located in the quaint community of Whitehall Estates On Meredith Creek - just off the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, Maryland. In addition to your own private pier, the community is nice to walk in and cycling routes to Sandy Point Stare Park, The B and A Bike and Hike Trail and downtown Annapolis will keep you busy when you’re not in the water. Close to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, United States Naval Academy, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Only 6 miles from downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy, 35 miles from Washington, DC and 35 miles from Baltimore, Maryland. Personal vehicle, personal boat, walking, cycling, and Uber all work well in our area! Private pier available for smaller power boats (2.5’ draft). Local transient slips available for larger boats and sail boats...both by reservation in advance. You are also welcome to anchor out in the nicely protected Meredith Creek and dinghy or kayak ashore to Annapolis Charm.
