Beach lovers can hop right on the resort tram for easy access to the sandy shore. Inside, the living space features stylish coastal decor and an open plan, combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The chef will love preparing favorite recipes with the help of stainless steel appliances and abundant counter space, and the whole gang can dine together at the table for six, or step back outside and dine alfresco. Entertainment options include three TVs, free cable, and WiFi. More vacation necessities include an in-home washer/dryer and central AC. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
