A nearby dog beach and dog park make this the ideal getaway for guests with furry companions. Please note: This is a bungalow, not a hotel. It’s charming and beachy but also old—built like Fort Knox with solid concrete walls. Things may not be perfect, and the WiFi signal can be weak due to the thick construction. It’s best suited for unplugging and enjoying the beach—not for gaming or Zoom calls. But if you’re after sea breezes, sandy feet, and a cozy place to relax after a day in the sun, this is a great find. The beach in this area is wide, peaceful, and beautiful—a local favorite for a reason. Whether you're surfing, shell hunting, or just soaking up the sun, Cocoa Beach is the perfect spot. There are four Beach Bungalows by the Sea, all one-bedroom units with similar layouts and the same relaxed vibe. If you're expecting luxury, this isn’t it.
