Just 900 feet (275 meters) from the sandy shores of Cocoa Beach—a quick 3 to 4-minute walk on flat ground—this vintage 1960s one-bedroom bungalow offers cozy comfort, a short stroll to the ocean, and a 5-minute drive to downtown Cocoa Beach’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
This private, pet-friendly apartment includes free on-site parking, a private outdoor patio, and everything you need for a relaxed, no-frills beach escape. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed in the bedroom, a bathroom with a small shower off the hallway, and an open living/dining/kitchen area fully equipped for cooking. A nearby dog beach and dog park make this the ideal getaway for guests with furry companions.
Please note: This is a bungalow, not a hotel. It’s charming and beachy but also old—built like Fort Knox with solid concrete walls. Things may not be perfect, and the WiFi signal can be weak due to the thick construction. It’s best suited for unplugging and enjoying the beach—not for gaming or Zoom calls. But if you’re after sea breezes, sandy feet, and a cozy place to relax after a day in the sun, this is a great find.
The beach in this area is wide, peaceful, and beautiful—a local favorite for a reason. Whether you're surfing, shell hunting, or just soaking up the sun, Cocoa Beach is the perfect spot.
