Company information

I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation).

Property information

Private, beautiful views from the balcony of this top floor villa with east facing views for afternoon shade. Affordably priced and nicely decorated on Hilton Head's main beach. The linens, towels and bedding are new and unlike many in the building, we have central air!

Neighbourhood information

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex just 4 buildings down the beach from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment as well as Celebration Park with a large playground for kids, outdoor fitness equipment and many events.
