This spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bath condo, which is part of the Appleview River Resort, has a balcony overlooking The Little Pigeon River in Sevierville/Pigeons Forge, TN. From the balcony you can enjoy the ducks swimming in the river, watch squirrels jumping from tree to tree or simply enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the beauty in nature. The condo sleeps six people. It has a kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher., dishes, cookware and coffee maker.The living room has a sofa bed, TV and a gas fireplace. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for the guests to use. There is a gym on site and opened year-round. The swimming pool and hot tub are seasonal and closed from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
This condo is just 0.6 miles from The Apple Barn restaurant and 1.5 miles from the Titanic, 1.4 miles from Tanger Outlets Mall and 6.1 miles from Dollywood.
We love The Smokey Mountains! That’s why we chose to make our condo available to everyone. We want our guests to experience the fun and entertainment that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg provide. We also want our guests to experience the beauty of The Great Smokey Mountains and Cades Cove.

The condo is just minutes away from the parkway. There are restaurants, shopping, go-cart rides, The Island, dinner shows all located on the parkway. The Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg and Cades Cove are all within driving distance.
