Enjoy this entire 2 story, 1400SF residential home, centrally located within minutes of downtown, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gas stations, walking/biking trails, Barkers Island, Canal Park, Duluth, MN and much more! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that sleeps 10, plus 2 couches in the living room! LIC. ID# MWES-C8UM6F

The Superior neighborhood is very friendly! Duluth, Billings Park, downtown, main streets, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, gas stations, movie store, etc., are all minutes away. Being centrally located means you will be close to all the main streets of the city and getting around the neighborhood is easy. Just a 1/2 block away is the local bus stop. Superior enforces calendar parking which means that each week has a designated side of the street to park on. Street parking is free.
