The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, laundry room with an eating area or work table, full kitchen, rear fenced yard. Front porch with rocking chairs. Newly renovated, but not perfect. Still has some vintage feel. Home away from Home!

The unit is in walking distance to Uptown Greenville by Dickinson Avenue with a walkway that provides the avenue. The area is one Street North of Dickinson Ave and one Street South 10th Street. The backyard of the Duplex is fenced. It is not embedded in a neighborhood. It is more along the commercial corridor. (Between the 10th Street Connector and the Dickinson Avenue Corridor). You can use your private vehicle if you drive. The City bus route is approximately 200 feet away. There is access to Uber, Lift, and Taxi Services.
