This newly remodeled and stylishly decorated 1 BR 1.5 Bath Condo (not a room) located just 1 block to famous Aventura Mall. The attention to details in accessorizing and all necessities makes it a comfortable stay with homey feel. And walking distance to Shopping, Synagogue, cafe's, restaurants, banks. Which makes it a perfect location. Becah is only 5 min drive to Sunny Isles. Its a relaxing quiet and safe apartment with pretty water view. Assigned Parking spot incl. Between FLL & MIA.
