Beach Place Guesthouses is situated just 3.1 km from Cocoa Beach city centre and within 5 minutes' drive of the public beaches, yet feels secluded. This boutique oceanfront property boasts 3 terraces with fire pits and ocean views. Each uniquely-decorated apartment offers a full kitchen, dining table, and living area with cable TV and DVD player. Private bathrooms include a hairdryer. Guests can unwind under the palm trees in one of the many hammocks on site. Wood burning fireplaces and over-sized lounges are also available.
