Property information

Comfortable studio with separate entrance and patio area. 1 queen bed; love seat that pulls out into a bed. Separate table and 2 chairs for work and eating. Window AC unit in the summer. Full bath and kitchenette (mini-fridge and microwave). Off street parking. Public access to birch bay beach across the street. Property is bordered by a creek (great for guests who bring their paddleboards or kayaks). 5 min walk to Birch Bay State Park.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet neighborhood. But just a couple miles from restaurants, live music, and public beach gatherings. We are constructing two tiny homes on this property. At times you will hear some construction noise in the yard during business hours. Not much shopping nearby. This town is all about being on the beach and relaxing. But Bellingham is 30 minutes away and has museums, a mall, restaurants, and a theater. Blaine is 7 miles away with restaurants, grocery, marina, parks, pharmacy.
