Our newly remodeled condo is perfectly located in the heart of Palm Desert! Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with 24/7 secure gated access, leading you to a quiet and serene neighborhood where the pool and spa are just steps away. Spend your days basking in the sun with family and friends by the pool or amp up the fun with tennis or pickleball. Get a great workout in our well-equipped fitness club and be sure to bring your clubs since we're nestled right inside the Desert Falls Country Club! Please note that the condo is located on the 2nd floor and requires you to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the front door.
We are located in a safe and quiet golf community right in the heart of Palm Desert. We are close to shops, restaurants, casinos, concert arenas, Coachella, and Stagecoach venues. We also have over a dozen heated pools and Jacuzzis, along with tennis, pickleball, fitness gym, and award winning golf within the community.
