WALKING DISTANCE TO THE REFINERIES! We welcome you to come and unwind with your family, friends, or colleagues at our cozy accommodation. Our home is in a peaceful neighborhood near the main highway, TX -87. The house offers ample parking and is a perfect choice for short or long-term work stays, visiting family, fishing, or local events. It is fully equipped with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable and serene stay away from home, with features like queen beds, a 55-inch smart television, plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes, a washing machine and dryer, and more. If there's something we don't have that you need, just ask and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
A little about our company. We have been in business for two years but started providing vacation rentals approximately a year ago. We currently have two properties, one of which is still under construction and is due to be completed this year. Our guests tend to like our penchant for cleanliness and the warmth of our home. We work hard to provide a space that both individuals staying for work, and families can enjoy. We also strive to make sure our home is better than a hotel stay, where they're often short-staffed and overworked and may tend to miss the important details that make guests feel content with their stay. While you are with us, we'll ensure your stay meets your needs and comforts. Come stay with us and if you like us, tell your family and friends!
The home is conveniently located on the main highway (TX-73) and the Motiva refinery, 14 minutes from Central Mall, Walmart, Target, and TJ Maxx. You can literally walk to the refineries for work and take a quick drive to HEB and Walmart for any personal needs.
