This fantastic and charming townhome is conveniently located between downtown Chandler and Gilbert, Chandler Fashion Center, Concert hall, movie theaters, restaurants and Price road corridor where intel and fortune 500 companies. The community comes with 2 community pools, Basketball court and kid plus pet friendly. The house itself has a split floorplan so that you can enjoy your privacy in the master bedroom with two other bedrooms with large queen size bed.
