Durant Condos are only two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This condo features an open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer great views of Aspen. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Primary bedroom: Queen bed Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, and on-site free parking. This complex has no elevator. The Durant Condominiums have ski-in access from Aspen Mountain!
