Please note the following: There will be work crews and materials on site and they may request temporary access to adjacent patio decks. There will likely be high levels of noise limited to units immediately surrounding the work, high levels of dust immediately surrounding the work areas and moderate odors immediately surrounding the work. Areas of the parking lot next to the hotel building will be blocked from use and guests may be asked to move their cars.

A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
