Emerald View is a gorgeous three-bedroom, three-bath home located in the lovely Emerald Shores community in Miramar Beach, just a short stroll or bike ride to the stunning crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom, a double bed plus a twin-size bunk bed in the additional guest bedroom, two twin-size beds in the upstairs loft area, a twin-size bunk bed in a separate bunk area on the second floor, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Emerald View accommodates up to 14 guests comfortably. Ideal for a family reunion, a spontaneous trip with your friends or any occasion between, Emerald View is the perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation to Miramar Beach. Upon entering this three-story vacation home, you will be adorned with a truly “at home” ambience. You will find the main living area, with the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area as well. The kitchen is located to the right of the entrance and features gorgeous granite countertops, full-size appliances, plenty of storage space, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The elegant dining table seats six guests and there are three additional bar chairs by the kitchen breakfast bar. There is a small television at the kitchen breakfast bar as well, providing entertainment before heading out for an action-packed day. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the kitchen including a large walk-in shower. A stackable washer and dryer combination is nestled near the guest bathroom, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The cozy living area offers bright and colorful furnishings and matching décor, along with a large flat-screen television and DVD player.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
