Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this exceptional vacation townhome located minutes from sparkling beaches, enticing village restaurants and sunsets on the pier. Courtyard Villa is a well-loved condominium complex located at the south-end of the island. This attractive, completely updated, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome is located in Courtyard Villa complex, near the beach, “The Village” and pier. Walk down towards the village area and you will find a great public park with tennis, basketball courts, baseball fields and a children's playground. Butterfly Villa has a bright, fully equipped, modern kitchen with a counter looking into the dining and living room. Living room has a queen size sofa bed, flat screen TV and a back door to a private patio.
