Company information

I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others for out of town owners. We are available whenever needed and love to offer recommendations as well

Newly renovated for 2018. Enjoy ocean views from the balcony of our renovated one bedroom villa. Quick access to the beach and pool, full kitchen with granite counters for cooking meals. All the furniture, towels and bedding are new. Located in walking distance to Coligny Plaza and The Tiki Hut. Beach Chairs and 2 Beach Bikes are included.

Neighbourhood information

Seaside is an oceanfront complex 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property.
