Location, location, location! This stylish, clean, newly remodeled condo is just 200 steps to Kamaole II beach which is considered one of the top 3 beaches in Kehei! The condo is in the popular Kihei Kai Nani complex directly across from the pool. It is newly remodeled and sleeps 6 with a full size sofa bed, full size Murphy bed and a King bed in the bedroom. Please be aware that the condo is 512sqft and more than 4 guests is a tight fit but doable for families or those that don’t mind being cozy! Please adjust your expectations accordingly or consider a larger unit. There is also a spacious lanai with a peek-a-boo ocean view, perfect for meals, drinks and beautiful sunsets!

My husband and I bought this property along with my daughter Kacie and her husband Jonathan as an investment property as well as a cool little place we can vacation together as a family! We love Maui and love sharing it with others! You will notice "pride of ownership" in the "Sweet Spot" at Kihei Kai Nani! I have other properties as well in Park City, UT and Curacao and enjoy managing them on a personal level! So much better than through a hotel or property manager! You can be assured that you are our top priority and we will respond to your needs promptly and resolve any issues you may have, although we have done our very best to anticipate your needs so your trip is seamless and enjoyable!
