Property information

Light, bright & airy, and facing west over the beach - directly in front of one of the best beaches in the world. Siesta Key Beach has quartz sand that never gets hot and is famous for making the most spectacular sand sculptures. Come and try your hand at creating a sand masterpiece, enjoy swimming in the gulf, or watching manatees and dolphins frolic in the water. This condo is located on the 5th floor and faces west. The side patio faced south. Enjoy your panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from two patios with plenty of comfortable furnishings both for sitting and for lounging. The perfect place for your vacation! As a bonus, the second balcony offers distant views to downtown Sarasota as well as the gulf. Truly wonderful views. The condo is decorated in coastal blues and whites with splashes of teal or beige (depending on the room). The kitchen is beautifully renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two full bathrooms - one with tub and one with shower and there is a private washer/dryer in the condo for your use. TV in each bedroom and a large screen TV in the living room.
