Enjoy Catalina Island in this quaint one bedroom, one bathroom condo in the private community of Hamilton Cove with beautiful panoramic views of Catalina Bay. This condo offers many luxurious amenities including a private gated entrance, private beach, pool, tennis courts, fitness center, small golfing area, playground, volleyball and basketball court. Condo comes with a 2021 four seater golf cart to use at your pleasure to explore the island.
Avalon is filled with many activities both on land and in the water. A short golf cart ride to the downtown area offers many locally owned restaurants and unique shopping experiences. There are also several adventurous activities including zip lining, parasailing, and snorkeling. There is something on the island for everyone. This condo comes with a 2021 four seater golf cart, parking included. There are taxi services available on the island along with many different island tours taking you past the gates into the interior of the island. There are many activities available that you can look into through The Catalina Island Company and The Catalina Conservancy.
