*Notice of construction in this listing. Kamaole Sands Resort is located in South Maui in a town called Kihei and just across the street from Kamaole III Beach. This is a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles!  It is close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach.  Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds that features four tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, BBQ with outdoor dining area, and parking. *Kamaole Sands charges a resort fee, which is already included in your reservation total—we’ll take care of this on your behalf. Check-in at the front desk is required. A 100 fee applies if not completed. Staff will have your info and expect you. The fees break down as follows: -Resort Registration Fee: 35 dollars -Resort Fee: 41.67 dollars This brings the total check-in fees (with tax) to 76.67 dollars (This does not include any applicable credit card fees.) Kamaole Sands 10-412 has a window A/C unit in the living area, is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo situated on the 4th floor that can accommodate up to 8 guests, but the listed rate is for up to 6 guests. Each additional guest will be charged 75 dollars per day plus tax.   ​​​​​​​ You'll enjoy ocean and West Maui Mountain views from this condo in the desirable building 10 location! The resort has an elevator for your convenient access to this 4th floor condo. Unit 10-412 has been recently upgraded with all new furnishings and décor. Enjoy the dining area for six and cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring new stainless-steel appliances. In the comfortable living room area you will find a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and a flat screen TV equipped with cable.  The loft bedroom features a new king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination, flat screen TV & ocean views

Additional Description: The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin-size bunk beds. The guests' bathroom also has a shower/tub combination. This condo has a washer and dryer and complimentary WIFI.  We will provide one-time starter items for your convenience: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. There will also be a one-time starter kit of Maui-made Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. There will be construction occurring at Kamaole Sands from April 2024 to December 2025. This includes work on wastewater pipes, replacement of PVC pipes within bathroom and kitchen walls, and roof replacements. Throughout this period, there might be noise due to construction activities, and parking availability could be limited. During the roof and pipe project, large sections of the parking lot will need to be closed to accommodate work crews, equipment, and material staging. Closed sections will be marked and notices posted. To minimize parking problems, the property will temporarily suspend all deeded parking and will implement an open parking policy effective April 1, 2024. The open parking policy applies to the ENTIRE PROPERTY.  All vehicles must be registered and display a parking permit. Any cars parked in these colored areas that are preventing the contractors from staging their materials are subject to Tow at the guest's expense.
