Our home is located within the Ocean View Beach Club community, where you'll have access to shared amenities including basketball courts, bike trails, cable, a community center, fitness center, party room, jogging/walking path, outdoor pool, recreational center, sauna, and tennis courts. **Please note that access to the clubhouse is only available to those staying for 7 or more days, and each adult 6 years and older is required to pay thirty-five dollars per person, per stay for a wristband that allows unlimited access.
