The Leonard at Logan House is a luxury bed & breakfast located in an historical neighborhood known as Heritage Hill -- one of the largest and oldest historical neighborhood districts in the country. The neighborhood is located less than a five minute drive or a 20 minute interesting stroll to the city downtown center of Grand Rapids. The neighborhood includes a large variety of architecture styles of homes built between 1880 and 1920 maintained to historical standards with restaurants and boutique shops in the mix. The Meyer May Home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is our neighbor. Your stay includes luxury rooms, private baths, daily gourmet breakfast and yogurt bar, gardens and patio, 24/7 snacks and beverages, and friendly staff. The Leonard at Logan House is a 9000+ sq.ft. home built by Harry C. Leonard in 1914. It is located at 440 Logan Street SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503, only a 4 minute drive south of downtown center of Grand Rapids. The home’s architecture is Edwardian, which is English country style popular only for a short time in the early 1900’s. The Leonard family owned the Leonard Refrigerator Company famous for their Leonard Cleanable Refrigerator. At one time the Leonard Refrigerator Company was the largest employer in Grand Rapids.
